Among the green terraces of the Val di Gresta, immersed in the rural quiet, Ca' dei Fazzilisti in Valle S. Felice (600 meters above sea level) is the ideal place for those who want to spend a holiday dedicated to well-being and tranquility.
The house was built according to the criteria of green building and uses energy saving technologies, with solar and photovoltaic panels, biomass boiler and under floor heating.
Our three guest rooms, all with spectacular views of the surrounding landscape, are on the attic floor and are furnished with solid wood furniture and comfortable beds with natural latex mattresses and pillows.

We offer two types of accommodation, including sheets and towels:

STUDIO APARTMENTS MORFEO (2+2) (CIPAT 022123-AT-681311):
Large room with kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Ideal for those who cherish an independent stay, it offers a double bed and a bunk bed, a table with four chairs and everything you need to cook your meals.

ROOM VENUS (2+1):
Double / twin room, ideal for couples, offers the possibility of adding a cot. It shares a large bathroom in the corridor with room APOLLO.

ROOM APOLLO (1+1):
Small single room with sofa, which can become a bed if necessary. Ideal for friends. It shares a large bathroom with room VENUS.

For rooms APOLLO and VENERE a breakfast service is provided, which includes organic, local and fair trade products.
All rooms have access to the balcony and the garden surrounding the house. On request, for a fee, you can enjoy our Finnish sauna.
In the nearby fields we cultivate, according to biological methods, aromatic herbs and plants which we then process in the adjacent NATURGRESTA laboratory to create mother tinctures, gemmoderivatives, essential oils, aromatic waters, oleolites, ointments and spirits.
We offer our guests the opportunity to visit our laboratory and to test and purchase our wellness products in our shop.

Near the house you can take regenerating walks in the nature and discover the places of the Great War on Mount Nagià-Grom.
The house is easily accessible from Rovereto and Lake Garda, which are only 17km away, and it is therefore in a strategic position for cultural visits (MART, War Museum), for sports activities (climbing, paragliding, windsurfing, mountain biking) and for food and wine tours.
